Mrteeze.com Easy 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Mrteeze.com we want you to love your purchase!  We understand that returns do happen and want to make the experience as easy as possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at support@mrteeze.com and a member of our customer service team will get back with you within 24 hours to go over the return process.  Please include your name, phone #(s), order # (if you have it), the item you are wanting to return and best times to reach you in the email.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and undamaged.  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Items must be postmarked within 30 days of ship date.  Order # or a copy of the invoice must be included with the returned items.  If you don’t have this information please contact us at support@mrteeze.com and we will provide you with the information.

PLEASE NOTE: If an item is NOT eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page.

INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

We strive to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, but we realize mistakes may happen.  If you do receive incorrect item(s), we will reimburse the original shipping costs charged at the time of the order and send the correct item out when we receive the item(s) to be replaced.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are made for either store credit or for another item.  If the replacement item is more than the original item’s price the customer must pay the difference before the replacement is shipped.  If the replacement is of less value than the original item’s purchase price, that amount will be either given as store credit or refunded to the credit/debit card or other gateway used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be applied within 14 days from the time the items are received.  The return will be inspected to ensure it meets eligibility requirements stated above.

RETURNS

Once we receive a return item, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card or other gateway used to make the original purchase. RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product(s) and may use the shipping courier of your choosing.  If there is a circumstance where Mrteeze.com is reimbursing the shipping costs, that amount will be equal to what was charged at the time of the original purchase and be applied after the items being returned are received (i.e. incorrect item shipped or other special circumstances).
